Marina Combarro

Combarro is a charming historical fishing village, considered one of the best preserved of its kind in Galicia. Lined with traditional stone fishing cottages and an excellent place to savour some of the fresh fish for which Galicia is famous.

Located in the Ría de Pontevedra is surrounded by magnificent beaches. The nearby cruising area of the Rías Bajas offers protected year-round sailing with the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park only 10nm away.

Archetypal curiosities to look out for include “horréos”: raised stone granaries, used for storing grain or drying fish caught in the Rias such as anchovies or sardines, steep stone steps and “cruceiros”: stone crucifixion depictions or cavalries, representative of the strong Catholic faith and also said to offer protection from being cursed by “La Santa Campaña”: a procession of tormented souls, believed to appear during the dark Galician nights.

The marina offers:

  • 24H customer service
  • Fuel Station
  • Boatyard with a 50T hoist
  • Pump-out facilities
  • Showers and changing rooms
  • Bars and restaurants
