The Ports de Nantes Métropole bring two new locations to the TransEurope Marinas network: the Ponton de Belem, right in the centre of historic Nantes and the Ponton de Versailles, a pretty location upriver.
Ponton de Belem (Loire)
The pontoon is located opposite the Machines de l’Ile, the Carousel des Mondes Marins or the Buren Rings; which border the Hangar des bananes promenade, Nantes’ coolest nocturnal quarter. Further downstream, the Navibus’s river station will take you to Trentemoult, a bucolic and picturesque village, in less than 10 minutes. The pontoon is well located for easy access to the trams, shops, library, museums, castle, cinemas, restaurants, and shops.
