Douarnenez-Treboul is a municipal marina, well equipped, with two different basins. Treboul basin is accessible in all tidal conditions and has 525 berths. Port-Rhu basin is protected by a lock, where visitors are berthed close to the traditional vessels exhibited on behalf of the nearby Port Musée.
The town of Douarnenez is famous for hosting an impressive sea festival every 2 years and welcoming various offshore races. Douarnenez also organises an annual international championship for the Dragon Class.
