Holders of 4 Gold Anchors, the conveniently-located Town Quay Marinas has become the latest addition to the 7-country-strong TransEurope Marinas network.
Town Quay Marina is one of the four marinas owned and operated by Associated British Ports. The facility is based on the eastern shores of Southampton Water, providing another handy destination within this cluster.
Town Quay Assistant, Brian Akerman commented on why they had chosen to join TransEurope Marinas:
“After doing some research we admired the friendly family spirit of the group and knew that joining would add value to our berth holders experience and encourage them to visit other like minded marinas”.
Visiting the marina on behalf of TransEurope Marinas, neighbours Richard Burlingham from Universal Marina and Russell Bowman from Beaulieu were impressed with the marinas, commenting that the staff were knowledgeable and helpful and that importantly, they were well prepared for visitors “with 24 hour staffing, good facilities and close proximity to shops and restaurants.”
