Situated at the mouth of the Pont l’Abbé river, the well sheltered Loctudy marina offers 585 berths on pontoons and 80 swinging moorings. Loctudy is famous for its fishing port, being recognised as the “langoustine capital”. The little town has a range of facilities for all, as well as sandy beaches. The Glenan archipelago, made up of nine main islands and many islets is just 12 miles away, in the middle of which is a lagoon renowned for the clarity of its water and the whiteness of its sands: this is why the area has been described as “the Breton Tahiti”.
