Dunkerque Grand Large Marina

Dunkerque Grand Large Marina is a popular stop-off for boaters cruising between the Netherlands, Belgium and France, or visiting Europe from the UK.

Located in the heart of the city, Dunkerque Marina has three basins for mooring: The Port du Grand Large, Port Basin Trade and Port Basin marine.

In city centre:

  • The Port Basin offers 140 berths near the port museum and the three masted Duchesse Anne.
Visitor pontoons are used for the reception of the Dutch fleet and sailing events each year such as the Sailing Tour de France.
  • The Port Marine Basin is close to shops and restaurants of downtown and offers 170 berths, with visitor berths available and a lock leading into the river channel nearby. Admire the city of Jean Bart via the two UNESCO World Heritage belfries.
