Willemdok Marina, opened in historic 200-year-old docks in 2000, is accessible by motor and sailing yachts via canals and the challenging but rewarding Scheldt. Approach details and coordinates are on the Antwerp Willemdok Marina website (in Dutch). Contact the harbour masters in advance at London Bridge for RIB assistance to your berth. Immediate access to on-site sanitary facilities, laundry, pontoon codes, and WiFi is provided at the harbour office. Located on the Scheldt’s west bank opposite Antwerp, Linkeroever marina provides a tranquil, green setting and convenient city access. The marina’s tide gates operate around Antwerp high tide (opening 1-1.5 hours before and after, with a one-hour spring tide closure). Visiting yachts receive a berth upon arrival at the northern lock gate from the harbour master, who also manages mooring and facility access. Local amenities (shops, market) and watersports clubs are easily reachable on foot, while central Antwerp is a quick tram ride or walk through the unique Art Deco tunnel.
